As Associate Director, Media, you will drive strategic media execution and insights across eCommerce and eRetail channels. Reporting to a Director, Media, you will oversee team operations, foster client relationships, and deliver measurable outcomes through expert platform management, reporting, and thought leadership. You'll also lead in shaping innovative media approaches, optimizing processes, and aligning team efforts with organizational priorities.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute eCommerce media strategies that enhance traffic, conversion, and sales across digital retail platforms.
• Act as a primary client contact, delivering actionable insights and aligning media strategies with client business goals.
• Represent the team in client and platform partner discussions, driving excellence in deliverables and relationships.
• Create comprehensive media plans and oversee their implementation to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead platform-level operations, including Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and other retail media networks.
• Collaborate on advanced reporting and insights, leveraging tools such as Tableau, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics.
• Establish and refine trafficking and QA workflows to ensure error-free and efficient execution.
• Design and implement scalable client-facing dashboards and internal reporting mechanisms.
• Distill media performance insights into compelling narratives for presentations, emails, and discussions.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for junior team members, cultivating a culture of learning and innovation.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, legal, and finance teams to streamline processes and enhance campaign performance.
